Visit www.simplesusu.com and click on get started to load the Login page. Click on register and fill in the registration form to Sign up.


2. How do i register a customer
Click on Customers and fill the customer registration form to register a client. A confirmation SMS containing the client's Account Number will be sent.

Click on Deposits or Savings and fill the deposit form to Credit clients Account.

Click on Withdrawals or Savings and fill the Withdrawal form to Debit an Account.

To record an expense, click on expenses and fill in the expenses form.

Simplesusu is user friendly and easy backup. Click on the export button to backup your data in Excel, CSV, PDF and others


7. How do I add a Mobile banker
Click on Users to add Mobiles bankers to your account. Mobile bankers can receive loan repayment and deposits.

Click on credit Account under Accounting to credit an Account. Simplesusu has an intelligent accounting api that enables you to track your Profit and Loss and Financial position on the go.

Simplesusu filter all your dormant accounts for easy export. Click on dormant under customers to access dormant accounts.

Loans can be added by first defining the loan packages then you click on add loan to add a client. Loan approval and disbursement can then be done

Loam repayment can easily be added by entering the Loan ID on the repayment form and a Confirmation SMS will be sent to the client
